I like that it's easy to use, free, and has a widget (weirdly hard to find). unfortunately, it's a solid 5 points off from everything else.. the last few days it's been throwing 7s and 8s, but it's been storming 🤪 ETA: I didn't say it's the developer's fault, but it does make the app useless ♥️

Please look at the FAQ re: UV data accuracy. Unfortunately it's out of my control. I've been evaluating alternatives which may come in the future but they will be premium paid features since they won't be free to use like the met api. Thanks!

Simple and accurate app, I use this everyday and the home screen widget is great when I need to quickly figure out if I need to put on sunscreen or not since I started tret (need sun protection with it). I've had this app for years and no issues. Wouldn't choose any other app.

Hi! Love your app. I see you have multiple reviews noting that sometimes the UV reported by the app is too high. I could be wrong but I think this is because you are using Met Norway's ultraviolet_index_clear_sky value which measures the UV index assuming 0 cloud cover. I understand you are limited in choices for free APIs but I suggest considering a default data source which uses a non-clear-sky UV index which includes cloud cover.

I added Google & Apple data sources specifically to address inaccurate data. Unfortunately those are not free for me to use. As an alternative to Met (which only returns ultraviolet_index_clear_sky btw), I'd suggest trying out the new CUI data source (also free). Heads-up though: it is not as accurate as Google & Apple in my experience but YMMV.
